Interplastic Corporation (IP) Infor M3 13.4 Implementation
The Client:
Interplastic Corporation (IP) is a specialty chemical company with headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota. The company focuses on the production and distribution of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins, gel coats, colorants, and putties for the composites and cast polymer industries.
Business Need:
IP migrated from a home-grown legacy system called CSS. The scope included five manufacturing facilities in the USA and corporate functions in St. Paul. M3 functionality included Finance, Customer Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Receiving, Manufacturing, Costing, and the LeanSwift Accounts Receivable App.
The project included integrations with M3:

- Bank Integrations
Result:
IP went live with M3 13.4 on December 3, 2018. The implementation began in March 2017 with LeanSwift responsible for the M3 Functional streams and Doppio responsible for the technical integrations and data migrations.
